Session: WomenTech Session: Employer Branding Strategies To Attract and Retain Diverse Talent

Learn what goals to set for your company when you start to strategize what your employer brand should be. We’ll go over the steps of creating an Employer Value Proposition, telling your story with traditional storytelling techniques, marketing your brand, and measuring the success of your efforts. We will look at these steps through the prism of achieving your diversity goals as well.

The talk will be presented by Adriana Rangelova, Head of Community Relations & Partnerships at WomenTech Network, and Vesselina Apostolova, Marketing and Content Manager at WomenTech Network.
